President of Healthcare
"Find the signal. Build the system."

Shannon McIntyre Hooper

Shannon McIntyre Hooper is Colibri Group’s President of Healthcare. She is a growth and transformation leader with deep healthcare experience and a strong track record of building teams, integrating businesses, and creating lasting customer value.

Before joining Colibri, Shannon served as President and COO of Unlock Health, where she led four divisions and helped integrate eight acquired companies under a private equity platform. She has also held senior leadership roles at BehaVR (now XRHealth)ReviveHealth (now BPD Healthcare), and Intel-GE Care Innovations, bringing new ideas to market, improving operational performance, and helping organizations scale and evolve.

At Colibri, Shannon is focused on further strengthening the healthcare ecosystem through customer-centric thinking, operational rigor, and strong partnership across teams. She brings an AI-forward perspective to her work, having recently completed Stanford University’s AI-Driven Leadership Program.

Shannon’s favorite Colibri core values are boldness and teamwork. “The best results come from people who are willing to push past the comfortable answer, challenge how things have been done in the past, and create new paths forward,” she says. “That takes boldness and teamwork, made possible through trust – enough trust to challenge each other and still move in the same direction. That’s when something real gets built.”

Shannon lives in Nashville with her husband and their two rescue pit bulls, Pisco and Ransom. She is a graduate of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she earned Fuqua Scholar designation. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, obstacle course racing, and travel. She is also a devoted New Orleans Saints fan who leans on a healthy sense of humor and Stoicism during football season.

One million professionals trust Colibri every education cycle to help them manage and advance their career
