About Colibri Group
Pamela Betz is Colibri Group’s vice president of customer operations. Pamela leads the customer service, analytics, and business operations teams to ensure customers have Colibri’s full support in finding success.
These teams provide either frontline support or essential back-office functions that enable our customers to achieve more in their careers. “I lead with our mission in mind, which is all about creating customers for life,” she says.
When she’s not overseeing operations, Pamela plays auctioneer at fundraisers for church or her twin boys’ middle school PTO. She’s also an active member of Burn Boot Camp, a national gym franchise that focuses on strength and burst training.
The workout often involves small bursts of high-intensity exercise, interrupted by short breaks in between — a routine Pamela applies to other facets of life and work: “You’re doing little spurts of important, intense work to achieve a goal. Then, you quickly pause to catch your breath and do it all again. Ultimately, the goal is about moving toward happiness.”
Pamela’s favorite core value is joy: “Is your work fulfilling your passion? When you’re really energized and engaged, you’re at your best.”
Prior to Colibri, Pamela was vice president at cable television provider Altice USA, where she led teams across performance management, analytics, and financial reporting. She holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelors from Truman State University.
