Nipun Soni

Nipun Soni is Colibri Group’s Chief Financial Officer. He brings deep finance and operating experience across public and private markets. He has helped complex, high-growth companies scale effectively. 

At Colibri, Nipun is focused on strengthening financial discipline, improving forecast reliability, and supporting profitable growth. His work includes enhancing the company’s operating backbone, improving capital efficiency, and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making as Colibri enters its next phase of AI-powered growth.  

As CEO Shravan Goli said in announcing Nipun’s appointment, “Nipun brings the operating rigor and capital allocation discipline we need to scale effectively. He’ll be a critical partner in translating our strategy into sustained performance and value creation.” 

Before joining Colibri, Nipun served as Chief Financial Officer at Picarro and BillionToOne. He previously held senior finance leadership roles at Guardant Health, Quotient Technology, KLA, Oracle, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  

Across his career, he has helped companies improve margins, strengthen forecasting, build finance infrastructure, support major fundraising efforts, and participate in more than 40 public and private M&A transactions.

Outside of work, Nipun enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, spending weekends with his family, attending his kids’ basketball games, and traveling to explore new places.
