Nancy Gerome brings over 20 years of leadership experience in education technology, digital publishing, and professional learning — but what really drives her is helping people and ideas come together in meaningful ways. At Colibri Group, she serves as Vice President of Valuation & Property Services, where she’s focused on growing the business while creating a sense of connection, momentum, and joy.

“For me, seeing the big picture is about more than strategy,” Nancy says. “It’s about building something exciting and sustainable — with people you trust, and a purpose you believe in.”

Before joining Colibri, Nancy spent nearly two decades at Wiley in roles such as Vice President and General Manager of Test Prep, Vice President of Corporate Strategy, and Vice President of Digital Product Strategy. She led global teams, managed complex acquisitions, and helped reshape how Wiley delivered education in a digital world. Her earlier career includes marketing leadership roles in social science publishing, with organizations such as Rowman & Littlefield and the John Templeton Foundation, where she honed her passion for innovation and customer-centered growth.

Nancy’s leadership style is deeply aligned with Colibri’s core values — especially joy and curiosity. “Joy shows up when we get to know our team as people and support them in their work,” she says. “And curiosity? That’s where real growth begins. It’s an obsession with data and getting to know our customers deeply. It’s the spark behind every bold idea and breakthrough.”
