Bob Abraham is Colibri Group’s President of Teacher Education. A growth-oriented leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and scaling businesses, Bob guides Colibri’s teacher education efforts with bold vision and deep operational expertise.

Bob’s career spans leadership roles across edtech, telecommunications, venture capital, and manufacturing. He’s led P&Ls, driven global expansion, managed complex integrations, and built meaningful partnerships across Europe and Asia Pacific. Known for his strategic clarity and people-first mindset, Bob brings both ambition and empathy to his work.
His favorite Colibri core value is boldness: “If we were 100% sure it would work, we’d already be doing it. Boldness means taking smart risks to create what others only imagine.”
Originally from Washington, D.C., Bob now lives in Sarasota, Florida with his wife, Stephanie, an avid equestrian. They have two daughters: Brooke, currently attending university in England, and Elizabeth, a high school junior. A competitive tennis player, Bob stays active and curious both on and off the court.
